Figures from the British Heart Foundation demonstrate that each year, over 170,000 deaths occur in the UK due to cardiovascular disease which is approximately 480 deaths per day. Additionally, there are around 100,000 hospital admissions for heart attacks annually.  The best way to avoid or manage cardiovascular disease is to identify and understand your risk factors, presentation enter stage left.​​
