Why do you ask for a minimum number of attendees?
Our presentations are interactive as this is the optimum way to learn.​
We know from previous experience that if the number of attendees is too low, the benefits of interactivity are lost. ​
We will still deliver a presentation with less than the required attendees but the quoted price will remain.
How do I book a course?
The best way to book a course is to send us an email directly using the contact or details at the bottom of the page.​
Alternatively send us a query via our contact form.​
Right now we want to build a relationship with our customers and that is the reason why we are initially booking a little differently. Potentially we will introduce an on-line booking system if in the future this is required.
What is the delivery methods of your courses?
We have a number of delivery methods available and it is your choice how the course runs.​
We can deliver a presentation at a location of your choice. This might be your typical workplace or an external location such as a hotel. We would bring our laptop and HDMI cable ready to connect to the existing tech.​
We can deliver a course on-line using any of the most popular platforms. Please discuss this with us when you make a booking.

What if I book but can no longer honour the booking?
We understand that sometimes a curve ball comes your way, and this may be more prevalent in some industries than in others.​
We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if a booking cannot be honoured.​
We will work with you to discuss the reason underpinning the possible cancellation and attempt to find a solution.
If required we will find another suitable date to deliver the course. However we do reserve the right to implement a cancellation charge.
Can you make payments for courses on-line?
Right now we do not accept on-line payments although this is a service that we hope to offer in the near future.​
Payment is made through a bank transfer and this will be discussed when you place an order with us.
Will I get a certificate?
All attendees will get a certificate of attendance.
Certificates will be sent by email in a PDF format (doing our little bit to protect the environment).
Will I receive any resources prior to the course starting?
Typically we will not provide resources due to the intellectual property status of our material.
However if you would like access to the presentation that you attended check out our Pre-Record option.
Are your courses accredited?
We are a relatively new company and so at this time our courses have not been accredited via professional bodies. As our business grows, accreditation will be an option that we will explore.
We are confident however that our content is of a high quality, relevant and above all interesting.
